Verte
My wardrobe this year has been full of different shades of green from olive green, army green, and also with the jumpsuit you see here, hunter green. If you dont know, I’ll start by saying that I love a good jumpsuit. Jumpsuits have always been on my list for that classy sophisticated look, so sometime last year I decided to make this jumpsuit. This jumpsuit is made of a midweight wool crepe fabric perfect for any type of business wear. The pattern that I used was Butterick B5652 style D. I altered the pattern to extend the length of the pant, added a decorative gold zipper to the back, and a olive green belt for a contrast in hue. This jumpsuit was very easy to make and perfect for the Holidays. Also, since the weather has started to match the season I decided to make this waterfall jacket from a blanket I had recently purchased. It’s ultra cozy and keeps me warm on those cold nights. The pattern I used to create this jacket was Butterick B6244 and I added approximately 4-5 inches to the hem. So loves, what do you plan on wearing this holiday season?
